How do I make a booking?

Booking with MuddyBoots Camps couldn’t be easier! Simply click on the ‘Book Now’ button at the top of our website to secure your child’s place.

✨ Spaces fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click ‘Book Now’ at the top of our website.

  2. Select your camp location (e.g., Cobham, Guildford, Fulham).

  3. Choose your dates from the available sessions.

  4. Complete the booking form with your child’s details.

  5. Make payment securely online to confirm your place.

  6. Look out for a confirmation email with further details.

What are the payment options?

Payment Options

We offer three easy ways to pay for MuddyBoots Camps:

  1. Credit/Debit Card

    • Pay securely through our online booking system.

  2. Bank Transfer

    • Account Name: MuddyBoots Kids Sports Club Ltd

    • Sort Code: 83-04-25

    • Account Number: 18206238

    • Reference: Child’s surname

  3. Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare

    • We are registered to accept both.

✨ Your child’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Can I pay a deposit?

Payment Policy

Full payment must be made at the time of booking in order to secure your child’s place at MuddyBoots Camps.

  • Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

  • All fees are non-refundable in line with our camp policy.

What if I want to make changes to my booking?

Cancellations & Changes

We understand that childcare plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

  • Changes – We are happy to make changes to your booking free of charge if at least 7 days’ notice is given (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations – If you wish to cancel your child’s booking, 7 days’ notice must be given in order to receive a credit note.

  • Refunds – Please note that all fees are non-refundable in line with our policy.

Example: If your child is booked to attend on Monday 15th, you must notify us by Monday 8th to receive a credit note.

What happens after I make my booking?

Booking Confirmation

After you have made your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with all your booking details attached.

  • Please check your invoice carefully and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect.

  • Responsibility for ensuring all booking details are correct lies with the person who made the booking.

  • If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us at fun@muddybootscamps.co.uk so we can resend it.

Are there any pre camp arrival to be completed?

Medication at Camp

If your child has a prescribed medication that needs to be brought to MuddyBoots Camps, you must complete our Permission to Administer Medication form.

  • Medication must be provided in a well-labelled container with your child’s name and dosage instructions.

  • Staff will only administer medication once the completed form has been received.

  • Permission to administer medicine
